Bill Gates' 11 RULES

Bill Gates' 11 RULES

Bill Gates recently gave a speech演讲 at a High School about 11十一个 Rule裁决 they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created创造 a generation一代 of kids儿童 with no concept概念 of reality现实 and how this concept概念 set them up for failure失败 in the real现实 world社会
 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rule 1:
Life人生 is not fair公平的 ------ get开始 used习惯 to it!

Rule 2:
The world社会 won't不会 care在乎 about your self-esteem自尊. The world社会 will expect you to accomplish实现 something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3:
You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn赚得 both兩者

Rule 4:
If you think认为 your teacher老师 is tough固执而难对付, wait till you get a boss老板

Rule 5:
Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up搞糟, it's not your parents' fault过错, so don't whine抱怨 about your mistakes过失, learn from them.

Rule 7:
Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got away from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8:
Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9: Life人生 is not divided分配 into semesters学期. You don't get summers季休假 off and very few幾乎沒有 employers雇主 are interested感兴趣 in helping帮助 you FIND发觉自己 YOURSELF. Do that on your自己的 own time时间

Rule 10:
Television电视 is NOT real现实的 life人生. In real现实的 life人生 people actually have to leave离开 the coffee咖啡店 shop and go to jobs工作

Rule 11:
Be nice美好 to nerds卑微的人. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

What’s your你们 opinion的观点 on this?

Few minds wear out; more rust out.
An idea's worth is directly proportional to the opposition created.
